Wembley National Stadium Trust is today launching its LB Brent winter 2017/18 grants round.
In addition to our customary offer of “community awards” of up to £2,500 and “strategic awards” of up to £25,000, we are pleased to announce a one-off additional fund to support the purchase of larger capital items to support local community sports activities or works to local sports premises.
This extra funding is made possible through the additional revenues generated through this season’s hire of the Stadium by Tottenham Hotspur. Grants on this one-off programme are likely to be awarded up to a maximum of £10,000 each. We can consider either the full costs of a particular equipment purchase or works project up to that value or a contribution to a larger piece of expenditure.
You can apply to this one-off programme even if you currently hold a grant from the Trust or are submitting a request to our customary grants schemes this time round.
